Today at VVGS we're taking you back to the 70's with some totally far-out board games like Fargo North, Decoder- Secret Word Game, and Smess.
Fargo North, Decoder- is a board game based on a character from the 70's children's TV show, "The Electric Company". The show and board game were produced by the Children's Television Workshop, the same company that produced Sesame Street. If you're a child of the 70's you'll fondly remember the Electric Company and love this game.
If you find chess too long or too hard, then Smess is the game for you!
A strategy game that looks simpler than chess at first glance. However, the game will vary in difficulty depending on the skill of the opponent. The fact that both players can "see" all possible moves to and from a square can make the game harder than you'd think! A very fun game!
