Is something available/how much is something?
You can check the site for pricing and availability, after all, that's what it's here for. ;)
We update the stock on the site pretty frequently, so if you see it on the site, it's available.
Different options, like what's included, condition, color, or size can equal different prices, so it depends on what you want/need. Just click the item to get more details and options.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
We don't have an actual physical store for you to walk into, we're a "Virtual" store! We're everywhere!
You browse and shop online from home (or anywhere) and you can get it delivered right to your door! This saves you the time/money of having to travel to, and shop, at a physical store only to find out your favorite game wasn't in stock. :(
With the Virtual Video Game Store, you know right away, so we save you time to do more important stuff, ...like gaming! :) It's quick, easy and always open!
Are the pictures on the site of the actual products?
No, 90% (or higher) of the pictures on the site are just stock pictures taken from the internet. It's just an easier way of keeping the stock/store organized. If there are any major issues with the item, we'll list them, and if you have any concerns, just ask.
How can I see/or know more about the products?
If you'd like to see/know more about the products, you can click them to see what's included or see any condition notes.
You can also contact us and ask if there's something specific you'd like to know about the products and we'll accurately/and honestly describe it and/or send pics.
If that's not enough, you can always check out the item when you pick it up, or have it delivered, and only pay for what you want/like. (delivery cost is not refundable).
Can I pay with cash?
Of course! If you want to pay with cash, just contact us and let us know what you want. Then you can pay with cash when the item(s) are picked up or delivered. :)
If you'd like to shop directly through the site (without contacting us) it can only be paid for with credit cards or Paypal.
Do I have to click every item to see what's included? Couldn't VVGS list what's included in the title?
TLDR: It has to be that way to keep the store easy and organized.
You can find a simple solution in the "Tips" section below.
To answer the question...
It may seem true that it would be easier to list everything in the title, but it doesn't make much sense and it would cause too much clutter.
We also wish it WAS that simple because customers may see a game that seems priced a little high and get scared off and not realize that it is actually a New and Sealed game, making the price very good. :(
But to list it that way, ...like this, ..."Grand Theft Auto, with Case and Manual" would mean that we would have to list every variation, for every copy, of every game.
eg... "Grand Theft Auto..."
"with Case and Manual",
"with Case and Manual and Map",
"with Manual only"
"with Case and Map"
"with Manual and Map"
"with Disc and Map"
"with Disc and Manual"
"New and Sealed"
That's 12 different (or more) ways that one game could be available and twelve different thumbnails cluttering up the page for just one game. That's a quarter of a page! Those options can all be put into a thumbnail or two with the current method. And if there's anything special or different included, that means even more possible variations for listing that item.
This would mean alot more text on the pages, alot more pages to flip through, and doing so would also
eliminate the need to ever click anything at all.
By doing that, the customer may never see any important notes on the items, such as, "doesn't work",
"damaged", or "missing parts". We don't like to surprise the customer with broken stuff.
If we put ALL that info in the front thumbnails, the whole site would be cluttered with repeat thumbnails, lots of text to skim through, and tons of pages to flip through. Doing it the way we do, keeps the website organized and keeps it down to one thumbnail per game and fewer pages to browse through.
There's a place for all that extra info and it's only a click away. We've considered other methods but that's the method that make most sense, and works best.
By listing it the way we do it allows us organize everything so that results can be filtered out. If we put all the info in the text, this wouldn't be possible. And by doing it like that, it makes much more sense, and actually makes things easier, more organized, and it allows the customer a way to get all the info they need easily.
There IS a simple solution ....(read "Tips" below)
What if I bought something and it's broken or not as described?
Although we work hard to test and check every item, we have thousands of items and sometimes something may slip through that wasn't fully tested, no longer works, or we just didn't notice. If that happens, we stand behind our products with the three "R's" of a good business. We'll repair, replace, or refund (in that order, within 7 days) any item that doesn't work or wasn't as described. So you can buy with confidence!

How to find something specific, like a case only.
If you want to find something specific such as a "Disc only", "Case only", or only want a game complete "with Case and Manual", here's what you can do.....
1) Go up to the search bar and click inside it.
2) Next hit enter without typing anything. This will bring up every game on the site.
3) Next, click the system of your choice on the options down the left hand side. eg. Nintendo 64, Nintendo 3DS, Playstation 3. Now you'll see every game for that system.
4) Now, (down the left hand side) select what your looking for. eg. "with Case and Manual" or "Disc only". Now you'll see every game for that system that has a "Case and Manual", or "Disc only".
If your just looking for a manual, a disc, or whatever, this will help you find it fast!
Use the shopping cart as a helpful tool, ...even if your paying with cash.
If you're not buying through the site and want to pay with cash in person, you can still use the cart to keep
your shopping organized ...like a bookmark!
Just select the items you're interested in, and add them to the cart.
Now you've got everything you're interested in, in one easy spot for you when you're ready to email us and let us know what you want.
You can even copy and paste the info into your email from the cart to save you time typing and looking things up again.
You can also quickly review the items your interested in and see what is included with each item by hovering over the cart.
You can easily "x" the items out of your cart anytime, and you're never comitted to buy anything unless
