If you need something shipped, please contact the store first to find out if it's possible, and how much it will be to your location. Shipping is a special request service and not a regular service of the Virtual Video Game Store. Your order may be subject to restocking fees if you make a purchase without paying for shipping and then need to cancel, so please contact us about shipping before making a purchase. Pick-up and delivery can be arranged after-hours or on holidays, but a $5 after-hours delivery fee will be applied to your total charge. Delivery charge is non-refundable.
For safety reasons, the delivery person does not carry cash with them. Please try and have exact change.
